I am based at the Royal Free Hospital at the UCL Institute of Immunity & Transplantation, and my research is focussed on bioinformatic approaches to large datasets. Aligned with several other members of the group, I have an interest in developing methods to analyse TcR repertoire samples, and how these can be used as a means for stratifying patients in several disease settings.

Additionally, and more recently, my research interests are focussed around using flow cytometry and high-dimensional computational techniques to predict renal graft rejection. Using T cell subset frequencies in the peripheral blood of patients, I use tools such as principal component analysis and support vector machines to stratify patients and infer which T cell subsets are biomarkers of rejection.
